Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted for:

• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products received

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal preference

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an exchange is not possible due to product unavailability or verified quality issues.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
